Job Description
Our Client, a Real Estate and Financial Services company, is looking for a ServiceNow Tester for their Mclean, VA/Plano, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ Develop, document and maintain the test data, data validation, end to end testing flows.
+ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF
+ Create test cases based on functional and technical requirements
+ Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to validate functionality
+ Analyze test results and report defects in a timely manner
+ Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies
+ Ensure high quality and performance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules
+ Develop reusable test templates for future automation initiatives
+ Conduct functional testing for IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules.
