Desde INETUM, buscamos incorporar un/a Servicenow Technical Expert con experiencia en SPM, para unirse a un gran proyecto en uno de nuestros grandes clientes del sector tecnológico. El trabajo puede realizarse de manera presencial (oficinas en Madrid o en Niza, Francia), híbrida o totalmente remota.

Job Description The main responsibilities are:
  • Translating business requirements into ServiceNow features focusing on minimizing the level of customizations
  • Collaborating with the ServiceNow Architect on the design, development and support of ServiceNow solutions, employing best practices in architecture, design and development.
  • Delivering ServiceNow SPM implementations including one or several of the following: Demand Management Project and Portfolio Management Resource management Integrations with EAP and/or JIRA for delivery
