Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful customer interactions and project deliveries. This role demands a deep understanding of ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
