Responsibilities:
  • Establish/Adapt best practice to configure robust automation solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users
  • Develop/administer automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform to fulfill business needs/requirements. Work with the IT department from customer side
  • Work closely with the customer stakeholders and the offshore team to design and implement the solution required
    • Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in Service Now Development/Configuration
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow Platform in implementing one or more applications/ modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog)
  • Good experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs and JavaScript.
  • Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.
  • Prior experience in working onshore/offshore model
