Experience: 11+ Years (8+ Years in ServiceNow | 5+ Years in ITOM)

Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurugram, Pune, Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect – ITOM to lead architecture, design, and implementation of ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
  • CMDB design & governance experience
  • MID Server setup & optimization
  • Integration experience (REST/SOAP, monitoring tools like SolarWinds, SCOM, Dynatrace)
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API)
  • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • ITIL knowledge
