ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are seeking a true Technical Architect (not a developer/consultant) to lead and drive developers in a CSM workstream. This role is the technical leader responsible for designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow’s unified customer engagement platform (NOW Engage), serving Expert Services and Partner consultants globally. The Technical Architect translates business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, ensures platform integrity and performance, and provides hands‑on technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle.
