ServiceNow Solution Lead Financial Workflows

Position Summary

The Solution Architect, Service Enablement is responsible for providing architectural guidance, technical expertise, and ServiceNow best practices for the Financial Workflows suite of products. The architect works hands‑on with technical designs and out‑of‑the‑box solution delivery to enable ServiceNow Financial Workflows processes for McKesson Technology customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Establish standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow Financial Workflows solution within the overall platform model.
• Support design and implementation of multiple financial workflow product standards to achieve desired FSS (financial support services) business outcomes.
• Provide technical evaluation of intake demands against ServiceNow module features, platform capabilities, and best practices.
