What You'll Do.
- Lead end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, AppEngine, ITSM, ITOM, and more.
- Shape technical blueprints, standards, and integration models for large-scale enterprise and government projects.
- Drive innovation with AI and automation, blending ServiceNow with intelligent workflows.
- Mentor developers, coach squads, and set the standard for delivery excellence.
