Job Description
**Description**
The ServiceNow Software Engineer Senior will play a pivotal role in the DCSA OCIO client engagement by leveraging their expertise in the ServiceNow platform to enhance, optimize, and automate IT service management and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of ITIL processes. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow modules and functionalities to meet the needs of the DCSA. This position is remote with limited travel up to 10%.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including but not limited to modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
