Position Summary
The Service Now Senior Developer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the Service Now platform. This role involves advanced customization, integration, and maintenance of the Service Now environment to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
Primary Accountabilities Service Now Development and Customization Design, develop, and implement complex solutions, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automations. Perform advanced customization of UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and script includes. Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other methods. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to Service Now best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications and integrations.
