ServiceNow SecOps

Required Qualifications

39 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.

Understanding of ServiceNow SecOps application fundamentals, especially SIR and/or VR modules.

Scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and knowledge of ServiceNow Studio or App Engine.

Exposure to IT security concepts, incident management, or vulnerability management processes.

Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Willingness to learn, participate in code reviews, and follow defined development standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of relevant SecOps certifications.

Experience assisting with integrations of third-party security products into ServiceNow.

Some knowledge of Agile project methodology and ITIL processes.

Ability to deliver clear technical documentation.

Interest in pursuing ServiceNow certifications.
