ServiceNow SAM Pro Implementation Expert

Role Overview:

As a Senior SAM Pro Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Software Asset Management solutions. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable license positions, navigating complex vendor audits (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.), and maturing the SAM practice for enterprise-scale clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect & Implement: Lead the full lifecycle implementation of the ServiceNow SAM Pro module, including plugin activation, integration with discovery sources, and dashboard customization.

- License Modeling: Configure complex licensing models (Per Core, Per User, PVU/RVU) and manage Software Entitlements, Models, and Discovery Maps.

- Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities through license recycling, removal of unallocated software, and contract renegotiation strategy.
