Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and PA indicators.
- Translate operational needs into meaningful metrics and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, source validation, and indicator alignment.
- Create executive-level dashboards for service performance, KPIs, and trends.
- Support continuous improvement through analytics and insights.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years of analytics, reporting, or BI experience in IM/IT.
- Degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- ServiceNow PA certification – preferred.
- ITIL certification – an asset.
- Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics.
