Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Analyst to support quality assurance activities across an enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on manual testing with some exposure to automated testing, ensuring ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and modules meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for ServiceNow enhancements, configurations, and integrations.
- Support and contribute to automated testing where applicable, including regression and repeatable test scenarios.
- Validate ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, forms, scripts, and integrations against documented requirements.
