Project Manager - Service Now Near shore WFH MX Long term project
- Lead the delivery of Service Now projects (ITSM and ITOM Discovery modules) from initiation to completion - Manage all aspects of project management and delivery for scope, timelines, budget, and resources through the full project lifecycle aligned to organization's project management process. - Develop detailed project plans, define scope, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks and organizational standards. - Work closely with Service Now developers, architects, and functional consultants to ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and platform capabilities. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment between business and IT teams. - Collaborate with change management teams to drive user adoption, training, and business readiness. - Proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation ...
