Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end delivery of ServiceNow CSDM implementation projects
  • Define project scope timelines and resource allocation
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee governance risk management and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with technical teams Architects Developers BAs for successful execution
  • Prepare project documentation dashboards and status reports
  • Required Skills Experience
  • Education Bachelors in IT Computer Science PMP certification preferred
  • Experience 10 years in IT project management in ServiceNow projects
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 ServiceNow modules CMDB ITOM ITSM and CSDM framework
  • Excellent communication vendor management and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies'
