ServiceNow Platform Manager

Nexon, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead the strategic direction, management, and optimisation of our ServiceNow platform.
  
ServiceNow isn't a side system at Nexon, it's our core platform, mature and embedded across our entire managed services business, with around 10 years of investment behind it.

This is a central, varied role spanning platform ownership, architecture, customer engagement, and product direction. You'll own the strategic direction and roadmap of a multi-tenant, domain-separated platform that supports a real variety of customers, lead a small delivery team, and play a key part in shaping where the platform goes next.
  
The ideal candidate will make critical platform architecture decisions, ensure alignment with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
