- Define and drive the ServiceNow platform architecture, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Design and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and custom modules
- Architect and lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and middleware platforms
