Job Description
- Administer users, roles, groups, ACLs, and system security settings.
- Manage instance upgrades, patches, and clone activities.
- Maintain system configurations, plugins, properties, and module settings.
- Monitor system logs, performance, and operational health.
- Support development teams with update set migration and environment readiness.
- Document administrative procedures, configurations, and runbooks.
- Support break/fix activities, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for ServiceNow-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems, including at least 2+ years administering ServiceNow.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS certifications – an asset.
- ITIL certification – preferred.
