Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in CSM, ITSM, or HRSD modules.
  • Define decision frameworks and taxonomy structures for reinforcement learning efforts targeting ServiceNow models.
  • Design scenario-driven tasks that simulate real ServiceNow use cases: case handling, SLA tracking, HR requests, IT incidents, etc.
  • Write clear, natural task instructions that align with ServiceNow's workflows and decision-making logic.
