- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions
- Act as a solution architect and provide technical leadership across ServiceNow projects
- Define governance frameworks, risk models, controls, and compliance processes
- Oversee configuration and integration of ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, security, audit, and compliance teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions
- Mentor, guide, and review work of ServiceNow developers and junior team members
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and delivery processes
- Handle escalations, complex issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Drive platform optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives
