Job Description

In this role, the ideal candidate will not only be responsible for building and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions but the ideal candidate will be playing a strategic role in guiding our ServiceNow practice, helping define standards, drive platform governance, and support the scaling of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the ServiceNow team, ensuring high-quality delivery, scalability, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Own the overall ServiceNow strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and technology vision.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable, customized ServiceNow solutions tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Work across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and more.
