Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Lead

Location: Calgary, AB

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/ Week WFO)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD 55-58/hour Incorporated

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB and ITOM.
  • Proven experience delivering greenfield CMDB and ITOM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure domains including servers, networks, storage, and EUC.
  • ServiceNow CMDB ITOM SME - Certified in CMDB| CIS Discovery| Service Mapping and Event Mgmt
  • CI onboarding, CI ownership, certification, and lifecycle management
  • Define CMDB and ITOM target architecture aligned to business services, operational support, and compliance requirements.
