Position Description:
The ServiceNow Lead is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This role involves planning, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise-grade solutions across various modules.Responsibilities:
•Lead team across ServiceNow modules
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and workflows.
• Oversee development, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Guide module-specific implementations including CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Discovery, Vulnerability Response, Risk Management, etc.
• Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions.
