Job Description

Doist is seeking an ITSM specialist to lead ServiceNow implementations and drive IT service management improvements across client projects.

You will manage end-to-end service delivery, design and oversee functional and technical solutions, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. Strong focus on integration via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, JDBC, and related technologies.
