Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications as per business requirements
  • Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules
  • Configure and maintain CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to best practices
  • Develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and approvals using Flow Designer
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
  • Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
  • Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and performance issues within the ServiceNow platform
  • Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, and solution reviews
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities
  • Follow ServiceNow best practices for configuration versus customization
