ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

For our international customer in Valencia, we are looking for a hybrid ServiceNow ITOM Specialist.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Valencia or willing to relocate to Valencia. Candidates need to be flexible to work across time zones, including alignment with US Eastern Time where required.

Work permit is not provided. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Discovery to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of IT assets and configuration items (CIs) across data centers and cloud environments (Azure);
• Map dependencies between IT components and business services to understand service impacts;
• Configure Event Management rules for alert correlation, noise reduction, and automated incident creation;
