Mandatory Skills – ServiceNow ITOM Architect


  • 8+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM
  • Expertise in Discovery (Cloud & Infrastructure) and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB, IRE, CSDM, and data governance
  • Experience in Event Management & AIOps
  • Strong understanding of MID Server architecture (HA, DR, scaling)
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale ITOM implementations
  • Ability to create HLDs and future-state architecture designs
