Requirements
•7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (ITOM)
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Event Management (Mandatory)
• Experience with StreamConnect and Kafka event streaming
• Good understanding of monitoring and observability concepts
• Strong knowledge of alert lifecycle and event correlation
• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations
