This role ensures accurate configuration data, service mapping, discovery, and integration across enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ CMDB Strategy & Architecture
Design and architect scalable CMDB solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
Define CMDB data model, CI classes, relationships, and governance framework.
Establish data standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle processes.
Lead CMDB health initiatives (completeness, correctness, compliance).
