  • Design and implement ITOM solutions following industry best practices .
  • Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and external CMDB or enterprise tools .
  • Architect and implement the ServiceNow CMDB , ensuring proper data modeling and relationships.
  • Perform hands‑on development of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration modules.
  • Manage and maintain MID Servers and related integration components.
  • Lead ServiceNow configuration and customization to support scalable and optimized ITOM solutions.
