Title: ServiceNow ITAM, HAM & SAM Professional

  • Location: Remote. Prefer someone in Pune, Hyderaad, Gurugram or Bangaluru
  • Timing: Strictly requires a daily 4 hours' sync during early AM US Central Time (CST)
  • Expected Start: July 2026
  • Estimated End: Sepemer 026
  • Total Hours: 320 (32 40 hrs a week)
  • Rate: $25-30/hr

Objective:

Implement and configure Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Professional and Software Asset Management (SAM) Professional to establish unified ITAM capabilities, automating hardware lifecycles alongside Microsoft and Adobe SaaS compliance tracking within a strict 60-day sprint.

Tasks to be performed:

  • HAM: Configure inbound inventory data streams from external sources, establish virtual stockrooms, and build asset lifecycle workflows using Flow Designer.
