Job Description
Deep experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementations and best practices, with a minimum of 10+ years in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and contributing to ServiceNow projects and transformations.
Understanding of different project and service methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL.
High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
Extensive process experience in ITSM, HAM, SAM & Discovery
Possess foundational certifications in ServiceNow administration, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent. Implementation experience and certifications in HAM & SAM
Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow technical skills, including:
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and API usage.
Familiarity with MID Server configuration and management.
