ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB Consultant,
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Manage and maintain CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with CSDM standards.
- Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB integrations with enterprise tools.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and reports as per business requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and support incident resolution within SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and CMDB governance activities.
