Job Description

  • Develop and maintain REST/SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Configure and maintain MID Servers, credentials, and integration infrastructure.
  • Build data transformations, import sets, flow integrations, and event pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data quality problems.
  • Document integration designs, mappings, and operational procedures.
  • Support onboarding of new integrations and continuous improvement of existing ones.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of IM/IT integration experience, with 3+ years focused on ServiceNow integrations.
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS–IntegrationHub – preferred.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, and middleware platforms.
  • ITIL certification – an asset.
