Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Extensive experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, and HR system integrations. Strong hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow Platform, including Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Proven track record in HR process automation, covering case management, onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle transitions, and digital document management.
