Job Description
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
· Strong knowledge of:
o Case & Knowledge Management
o ServiceNow Administration & Configuration
o Portal development (widgets, UI, content automation)
· Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP services
· Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an added advantage
· Scripting knowledge (JavaScript) and workflow automation skills
· 4–8+ years of experience in ServiceNow
· Minimum 2–3 years in HRSD / HR domain implementations
