Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Configure and support ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including:
  • Case Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Employee Service Portal
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow platform:
  • Workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications
  • Support portal configuration (widgets, content, automation) to improve user experience
  • Develop and manage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Monitor and resolve HR service requests, incidents, and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
