Technical/Functional Skills

As a Platform Developer, you design, configure, script, and be responsible for the technical solution on the ServiceNow FSM in order to ensure a successful deployment. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories), and complete the development of the agreed upon solution

Certification:

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification
  • Certifications – ServiceNow CSA, Service Now CAD

    • Good-to-Have

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects
  • Implemented atleast one complex FSM projects
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred
