In this role, you will:
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Design, develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM, and others based on business needs.Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using technologies like REST and SOAP web services.Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner honoring the allocated budget and timelines.Create and maintain documentation on application configurations, system integrations, and process workflows.Work closely with IT teams, business stake...
