Requirements
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations (minimum one end-to-end implementation).
- Hands-on development experience with ITSM and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules.
- Experience with telecommunication and service management integrations, including Service Catalog implementations.
