Job Role: ServiceNow Developer, Senior Consultant

Work you'll do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs as part of requirement gathering.
  • Develop comprehensive design solutions that address business requirements.
  • Develop and configure technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, catalogs, update sets, scheduled jobs, import sets, transform maps, Discovery, ACLs, and notifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
  • Manage the deployment process to ensure smooth transition and integration into the production environment.
  • Commit to the continuous improvement and learning of development and ServiceNow best practices, tools, and technology.
