Job Description
- Translate business requirements related to field service operations (work orders, dispatching, scheduling, asset management, mobile workforce) into ServiceNow FSM functional designs and configurations.
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and solution walkthroughs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow FSM capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical consultants/developers for integrations and custom development.
- Create functional documentation, including solution designs, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, SLAs, notifications, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage and optimize modules including Work Orders & Tasks, Dispatch Console, Scheduling & Assignment, Mobile Agent / Field Service Mobile App, Asset, Location, and Inventory Management.
- Ensure understanding and adherence to FSM data model, workflows, and dispatching concepts.
