Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer.
    2+ years of experience with CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, and Asset Management.
    Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including custom scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions), workflows, and reporting.
    Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
    Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including SOAP/REST web services and MID Server-based integrations.

  • Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Data Model, and best practices for CI relationship mapping.
    Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly related to Configuration Management.
