  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Hands-on experience in building custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

  • Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
