Job Description

  • Hands-on experience in designing or configuring ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge or expertise in any ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
  • Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)
  • Familiarity with the ITIL concepts and service management practices
  • Familiarity with working in a collaborative, agile, or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
