Key Skills: ServiceNow Workflows, Service Catalog, REST/SOAP API, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, ITSM modules (Change/Incident/Problem Management)
Experience: Relevant ServiceNow development experience
Location: Plano, TX or Richmond, VA

Experience Supporting technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as Change
Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Catalog.
Configure and enhance the Service Catalog, including request forms, catalog items, and
fulfillment processes.
