Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop new and enhance existing solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Perform system and integration testing within the ServiceNow Platform
- Perform incident response, change management and service request and enhancements
- Integrate ServiceNow with other programs and applications
- Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows and integration to other/related systems
- Actively participate in continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years’ relevant professional experience in software development, solution architecture or a related field
