will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives. This role involves working closely with a team of engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

A ServiceNow Developer is expected to:

  • Development and Configuration
    : Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Customization
    : Create custom scripts and applications to meet specific business requirements. Implement UI policies, data policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflow customizations.
