ServiceNow Developer - Night Shift

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to design, build, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across multiple environments. This role focuses on real development work—not admin-only tasks—and involves close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. You will work across core ITSM processes, custom applications, integrations, and platform operations while contributing to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ServiceNow Development and Configuration

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Service Catalog items
